B3030 won't start after standing up

I installed a new Land Pride SB1064 on the rear PTO. Hooked it up and was running fine. I stood up and engine stalled. Now it won't turn over at all. Clicks. I greased HST foot rocker. Jump wired seat switch. Replaced OPC 5 amp fuse though old one seemed fine. Not sure PTO lever is disengaging? What else to check?

The PTO is still engaged - or the tractor thinks that it is ......move that lever and see what happens. Check the safety switch on the PTO lever too.

Thanks 85hokie. Got home and looked at pto lever joints. Sprayed them with pt blaster. Moved lever back and forth a bunch. Started!
