Hey gang, new to the site, not to equipment. Ferguson to 30, Ford 841 with 3 speed auxiliary, JD x758, and the B2920
So the 2920 has 378 hrs on it, runs good. It has a 54 inch belly mower and it's actually my mom's toy. So she was cutting one of the pastures with it and was running it with the deck up because the grass was high, about 2 acres worth. By the time she was done, and was headed back to the barn, the deck dropped and wouldn't recover.. Also th FEL stopped working
The FEL will lower in float, but not under power. So in playing with it, and looking at other posts, I've checked the rear hydraulic connector, fluid level, speed control valve, and the lock valve, basically all the logical stuff, to no avail.
3pt valve moves normally, you can hear the click from the detent ball, and feel if, so I know the spool is moving. While running either at idle or full speed, there's no sound of fluid movement.
FEL will raise only if I pull the stick a little full stroke it sits there, bucket roll does nothing unless in float or I'm feathering the lift position.
Service manual is about useless for troubleshooting, seems like a Chinese to Russian to English translation.
So are we thinking FEL valve body relief valve?
Can that part be changed or do you have to buy the whole assembly? Spring, seat, seal kit, or whatever?
