B2650 RCK60 Mower deck install

I bought a used B2650- with Backhoe and FEL. I just picked up a RCK60-BB (multiple dealers said this is the same item as RCK60-BA with a new Part #).

The 'rear hanger shaft' is supposed to slide through holes in each side of the frame, but the outer orange frame is interfering. There is a notch in the orange frame, but it is slightly offset so the shaft cannot go in straight, eventually the shaft runs into the casting above it and cant be inserted further.

Update: I ended up having to move the backhoe frame, mercifully it can be unbolted and rotated out of the way without removing the rear wheel. Unclear still if the 'passenger' side frame will need to be moved on the same way. I'll post again tomorrow once I get back at it.
