Familiarizing myself with filter changes for 400 hour fluid change. Owner Manual has me a bit confused. On page 79 it says to tighten filter with a wrench "one turn" after contacting mounting surface but on page 83 it says to tighten filter by hand only "1/2 turn". It makes no real distinction between the two Hydraulic filters on page 83, it highlights both (HH670-37710 & HH660-36060) . On page 79 it highlights the shorter filter (HH670-37710). Am I missing something?

I think you will find it to be common knowledge that all fluid filters should be hand tightened.

Tighten the filters the specified number of turns. As long as that is correct and you are not damaging the filter what you use to turn it is of no concern.

If someone has a B2650 owner's manual look on pages 79 and 83 and see if I am missing something.
Those descriptions are on pages 79 and 81 in the online manual. Pictures clearly show different filters in different locations. Page 79 is called hydraulic oil filter (HST) on the side of transmission and on page 81 hydraulic oil filter (without the HST) under rear axle.

In any event this is not rocket science and a little common sense goes a long way.
