B2650 loader valve problem?

On our B2650 when you put the loader in dump and boom down or curl and lift it stops moving and the relief opens. Also the 3pt knob that controls down speed does not stop the 3pt from going down, it actually has very little effect on it. The tractor had to be split at 40hrs because the valve that actuated the PTO brake was stuck on their are 250hrs on it now. Any ideas?

If you're moving both functions at the same time and one maxes out then both will stop and you have to move the joystick to only operate the other function. At least that's my experience with my MX5200.

Ok since it's been opened up once before! I would say that the loader relief needs to be checked. My guess would be something small stuck in it?

Also we have had two B2650's that had knocked out the back stop plate for the lift cylinder stop.

Internal lift cover issues about non properly adjusted 3 point hitch free play. All have been low hour machines. Non related to whats going on with what you are having issues with! (three point lift cylinder)

I am not quite sure with what is going on with the rate of lower knob. All it does is restrict the flow back to tank from the 3pt lift cylinder.
