2014 B26 or 2019 L3301 HTS? i need feedback my fiends. I am looking at a b26 with 1800 hours but looks in top condition, used for residential and always garage kept. The L3301 has 180hours both near $30k. Which one would you recommend to buy? the L3301 is very tempting because it is almost new with no hours but the B26 i hear is a much stronger(built) machine since it is rated commercial and while is in great shape already has 1800 hours.. I want to use for around the house i will be doing quite a bit of landscaping, patios, tree planting, digging tree trunks, my main question is: Is a b26 a better machine than the l3301? better in the sense of quality, frame strength, longevity, etc. I looks at specs online to compared them and they seem identical on the hydraulics, loader and backhoe lifting and loading capacity, ext. What do you think?

Thank you for all your input and God Bless!!!

Does the L3301 also have a hoe attached? What else are you planning on using it for?

B26 machines are pretty tough, but not without their faults. The loader and 4 pt rops are not easily removed either and I've read a time or two that there were some issues with the rear drive gears (similar to issues with the older B21).

The B26 will no doubt have a better hoe, but, digging (many) stumps with either machine will not be a fun job

Do they both have SSQA loader? If it were me, and both similarly equipped (ie the L3301 had a hoe) all else aside, I'd go for the lower hour L3301.

Best of luck to you.

I feel like I replied to this exact thread a few days ago, but can't see it now.

Do you need a backhoe? If you do, then get the B26, because the L3301 doesn't say it has a backhoe. Otherwise, the L every day of the week - bigger and more powerful and newer machine.
