B2410 with B2650 blower hydraulics

1st ; please pardon the ignorant questions. I've worked on a lot of stuff in my life but never hydraulics.

Bought a B2650 snowblower last year. Got it mounted last week and found the quick connect fittings were the wrong size (too small) for connection to the hydraulics for the loader (LA-352-1).

Got the correct fittings today and tentatively tried to lift the blower. It tried to move a little but that was it. A previous owner had added a cylinder for chute rotation and that behaved in the same manner.

I'm not sure if the supply/return circuits are side by side or upper/lower on the loader hyd manifold. I did not pay attention to that when I disconnected the loader. Loader control is a joystick with raise/lower and bucket up/down

I don't think I can damage anything hooking it up wrong but it's a lot better to ask questions now.

Yep sounds like you have one hose on the lift and one hose on the curl, the valve are setup with the ports top and bottom, not side to side.

Wolfman, thx for advice. east fix - and the hyd cyl chute rotation works much better than I expected.

Looking forward to a snowfall heavy enough to make the rig work hard
which happens in MN but not every year.
