For anyone out there that's like me and hates waiting, I decided to just do my oil change with whatever I could find at my local Tractor supply rather than order filters online and wait for them to show up.
I found that the Fram Tough Guard TG3593A is a direct replacement for the Kubota OEM filter. Fram's PH3593A will also work. I know Fram doesn't get the best reputation in the automotive world, but I'm not slinging oil at 7,000RPM so it should work fine on a tractor.
If anyone else is interested, I found a cross-reference for most other brands that match the OEM filter for the B2301
