Hello again, I have a b7100hst d with what appears to be a b 219 fel with a front mounted pump. The hydrolics seem to be weak. I know it only has a 500 lb cap. But it won't even take a full bucket off of a pile. I was wondering if this could be a weak or failing pump. If so what is a good replacement for it. Thank you in advance.

Could be a weak pump, or could be a blown seal on a cylinder, or could be a bad valve, or could be a bypassing pressure regulator.
You need to get a pressure gauge and get some pressure readings before you will truly know what is wrong! ;)

Ideal would be to get a proper hydraulic Tee and connect into the lift hose on one of the main hydraulic cylinders. Connect a pressure gauge into the Tee. In this way you can see what pressure is going to the cylinder when lifting a full bucket. I would expect close to 2,000 psi if all is well. There are other connection locations that would work but this brings you to the point in the system where it all happens!

Best would be to start at the pump high side output and work on from there.
You will need to Tee into any point to get a good reading, as just hooking into the pump or lines with no output will cause damage!
Most of the factory fittings on a Kubota are British Standard Pipe Taper thread (BST or BSTP) and not National Pipe Thread Taper (NPT).
You can get fittings to adapt to it on EBay or Hose and Fittings.com http://shop.hoseandfittings.com//.

Anybody have any success with replacing or repairing the front pump? Mine just burst and it definitely didn't come from the hoses.

UGG, that does not sound good.
I've seen several "replacement" pumps on EBay.

Yeah well, I'm going to try to locate another aftermarket pump but got limited specs to go with. All I've got are the dimensions of the bolts, shaft size (9/16"), length of shaft, and the rotation direction. Not sure what the other specs are so I'm starting to hunt for the info now but not having much luck.

I'm looking at one site...

Think you guys can help me determine the closest specs for the original B219? I promise to post a review of the process once it gets done.
