I have a 1996 B2150HST with 1150 hours on it. I have started having a issue where it starts up fine and run (using tiller or bucket) from 5-30 minuets with out any problem and then it starts laboring like lack of fuel or something. When I try and move it. It tries to die, When I back off the throttle it reves back up. It seems to get worse as I try to move it until it finally dies no matter what I do. Next day same thing. Can any one point me in the right direction.

Sounds like you have a fuel delivery, or air delivery issue.
Most common is something in the tank or the filter that is blocking flow, or a dirty clogged air or fuel filter.

Another common issue is a vent in the fuel cap being plugged causing it to put a vacuum on the tank.

First check both filters, then try running and when it starts to act odd, crack the fuel cap and see if it improves.
