I've just developed a leak in the hydraulic delivery pipe on my B2150 for the third time.

It's part number 66361-37150 (#10 on the attached parts diagram) and the leak develops at the weld.

Anyone have any suggestions on how to prevent this from continuing to happen?

Clean the paint off, and rebraze it or have a weld ship braze it.

Is it possible that when you tighten the banjo bolts, the pipe is twisting slightly? With constant pressure against the brazed joint, it's just a matter of time with vibrations before something gives.

I'm not familiar with the setup, especially what the drawing doesn't show. Check the other components to make sure everything is tight that the pipe attaches to.

When it happened the previous times, did you replace it or fix it?

Is there a chance of it physically getting hit or bumped? Again not sure where it is on your tractor.

Just tossing ideas against the wall.
