My 2150 has been hard to start off and on. Yesterday was running and it suddenly stop. Would not start. Had fuel, cleaned the filter and still no start. The fuel isn't getting to the injector pump. I have the parts manual but doesn't identify the part with hoses between the filter and injection pump. I'm not a knowledgeable tractor person, so don't beat up on me too bad.

That is (probably) a diaphragm pump also known as a lift pump. See the diagram below. It may have leaked diesel fuel into the oil so check that and if so change the engine oil and filter.
