B2100 HST Engine Replacement

Is a D1105 a direct replacement for the D1005 in my B2100 HST? Will the bolt patterns on the clutch and transmission housing match? Thank you.

Looks to be so, but note the D1105 appears to be a little lower RPM engine, but I don't think that will hurt you as it's more HP.
