B21 broken governor arm

My governor arm broke the fork end that slides the pin that comes out of the side of the injection pump. I ordered a new one from Kubota. it looks like it is upgraded/different from the original. I installed this and the tractor now runs but idles low and does not have much power now. Is there an adjustment for Idle and power?

Sounds like you got the wrong part, or you might have the injection pump rack pin in the wrong slot, if it's the model that I'm thinking of.

Here are pictures of the new part and the old broken one. My guess is that the new one is wrong. I put the rack pin in the slot closest to the arm as that what was closest to the original position of the old one.
