I have a B1750 that I started , raised the bucket and let the clutch out. It stalled and lost all dash lights. Would not crank or start. No power. Here's what I have done. Tested battery, checked battery connections, cleaned terminals, removed negative cable and cleaned. Checked the fuseable link. There is 12v at the starter solenoid. Replaced ignition switch. Any thoughts? I'm running out of ideas.

It is going to turn out to be something very basic.

Your battery cable ends..... do you have any like this one?

Please explain how you are checking the continuity you mention as this phrase often means different things to different people?

Do you have and know how to use a multi meter?

Did you remove the battery cable from the starter solenoid and clean the cable end and solenoid. This is the critical connection on the + side of the electrical system.

Following the attached DENSO starter troubleshooting document where you are checking voltage drop in cables will lead you to the problem.

Yes I know how to use a multi meter and yes I understand the concept of continuity. Battery cable ends are new and terminals on the battery have been cleaned. The terminals on the solenoid have been cleaned and tightened. The fact there is no power to the instrument cluster leads me to believe it is not relegated to the starter circuit.

I'd find the main power lead into the dash (probably from the ignitoin switch) and test my way back from there.
