I have a B1750HD HST Bi speedturn.
I seem to have a clutch problem where everything is still working even if I have my foot on the clutch.
I have tried freeing off the clutch with reverse/forward movement but not worked. I assume clutch is stuck as stated in clutch info on this site.
I assume when the clutch pedal is engaged then the shaft should stopped turning which it is not.
So questions.
What kind of clutch do I have? Is it a normal wet clutch or a wet type clutch? (which looks complicated)
How can I tell?
Thanks if anybody can help.

you might need to press in that clutch peddle just a little farther. On my B1750 HST (no BI speed turn) the prop shaft doesn't stop turning until the clutch is pressed ALL the way.

It's a single dry disk clutch (wet disks don't get "stuck")
Just because your pushing the pedal doesn't mean your disengaging the clutch, if it's out of adjustment it won't disengage.
Before you tear it apart get a shop manual and see about how to adjust the clutch, it's very easy on that model.
