Will not go into gear while engine is running. Once in gear with clutch depressed it still continues to move. Can’t go into reverse with engine running and clutch depressed. Could it be just an adjustment or do I need to do a clutch replacement?

Usually the other way around but the clutch adjustment is easy to check. Has this tractor been sitting unused for a while?

It could be a clutch adjustment thing. You should have about an inch of free play at the pedal, not much more - maybe less. It sounds as though your clutch plate is stuck, though. Sometimes you can pop it free by placing it in a high gear and depressing the clutch while trying to move an immovable object. Excess moisture can cause clutch and pressure plate to freeze together.
