Seriously you might look for something like a sandbag to hang over the seat back or across the seat bottom. I assume the switch is a lever actuated by the seat movement.
I know some tractors also have a pressure sensor in the seat cushion that can be adjusted with cardboard to help with applying pressure onto the switch.

Be aware that the tractor will move without someone in the seat after you do this though. Hope this helps.

Being a hydrostat, it won’t far if say a tree branch rakes you off, my old geared tractor with no safety switches would just keep going until it hit something or ran out of diesel.
