Today I rec’d an email from “MICROSOFT” WARNING ME:

The most-interesting thing is…. they sent this to me from an AOL address.

I get scam emails all the time telling me to update my info or pay so much to keep my account (that I don't have) active. Also constantly get scam emails supposedly from Social Security.

Thats just a phishing attempt / scam.
move to spam/delete.

What bothers me is the wifes new Boobaru.... it tracks your eyes constantly.... You look left in the mirror to merge onto the freeway or look at a cute young lady standing on the corner and you get a Beep and a warning KEEP EYES ON THE ROAD,

I guess it's better than a backhand from the old lady....

Technology will be the downfall of society.

I’m still trying to figure out exactly what this has to do with “Service, Repair and Maintenance”. Lol

On a side note, these phishing emails definitely have ramped up in frequency since AI gained popularity. Without a doubt.

Occasional email, text from scammers regarding security issues or other scams. Normal in our connected world. Remember the days of land phone lines and junk messages on the answering machine? Today, much easier dealing with the junk. Bit like the still existing slow mail junk mail. Straight to the bin without opening or looking at.

Just something noted. Seems to be related to online accounts. Have no social media accounts. Unless you consider this forum a social media account. Only 3 other forums. Use a specific email account. Another email account for online shopping. Different accounts for other specific online accounts. Junk text, emails have all been associated with the forum and shopping email/phone number accounts.
