just one more B6100 loader build. Big difference is I used a single tilt cylinder, but offset it to the right to clear the hood. I did my best to keep the bucket tucked close to the frame. The single tilt cylinder let this happen with a 20 degree back bucket angle at ground level. Added a set of bucket forks and a chain lift for the snow plow. Everything runs off the tractor pump and it’s not fast, but good enough that I don’t think I’ll upgrade to an external pump. Uprights are 6x3x3/16”, arms are doubled 2x2x1/8”. All pivots are bolted with DOM in DOM sleeves and solid bolted.

thanks to the group for all the inspiration photos

You forgot a bucket lever indicator.....

Just kidding........ Nice job.

Those "bolt on forks" were a good addition. I have a friend that has a pre-SSQA machine and he did something similar, but put a small chain binder in place of your eye bolt and chain.

Gotta love having a welder.

My dad has his attached with chain binders. Without a turnbuckle they’re always too tight or too loose. These go on in 60 seconds with an impact driver. More if I have to find the missing deep well socket.

That looks good, and makes me feel better about my build (it's a compliment, if you don't mind me asking what size cylinders did you use (length, rod diameter, bore diameter)

No problem. I used 2” x 16” cylinders. I picked them up through surplus center.
i got the loader valve and all my hoses and fittings through there as well.
