My M135X air conditioner is blowing semi cool but not cold and when the tractor is warmed up does not blow any cold air, just warm when the engine has been working hard. I have 80 lbs pressure of freon when the air is not on and when cycling the gauge is showing 40 lbs. The clutch is engaging fine when cycling but the air is not cold. The flap switch from heat to air seems to be working as I can hear the flap moving behind the cab header so I don't think its trying to blow warm air. Any help as to what to look for would be appreciated.

Make sure your radiator and the A/C radiator are really clean. It's possible the heat valve is not shutting off all the way. If there is a shut off valve on the heat lines coming off the engine, close it. If not pinch the line with a couple small pieces off flat steel pinched with Vise Grips. I have had a couple tractors in the past that the heat shut off valve in the cab would leak by just enough so the A/C would shut down after tractor warmed up. Solution was shutting off heat line at the engine. If there isn't a valve there, it is easy to add one.

Also check the evaporator, perhaps there is dirt/dust buildup preventing proper air flow through the coils in heater box. If it has a cab filter make sure it isnt dirty.
Under certain conditions, they can freeze up, and stop cooling altogether.

From reading your post it sounds as if you're only monitoring the low side psi. What is the high side when AC is on & compressor is operating? Depending on ambient temp high side should be in the 175 psi range.

finally found the problem with my air conditioner. Pinched off the lines going to the heater core and the air works fine but without the heater lines pinched off the heater is not completely closed off. Where is the heater located, I assume inside the header in the cab, how is the best way to get at it and any ideas why the heater would be staying on even though when I switch the controls from heat to air i can hear a flapper moving above my head

Well the heater is always on technically speaking in most setups. Coolant will always flow through the core but the airflow should be diverted away from the core when on AC. Some systems incorporate a valve that will close off coolant but that's the lesser common setup from my understanding. You need to get into that area and check it out.
