Has anybody tried any other tiller tines on their tiller? I have a gray market kubota with an s850 tiller. I need to rebuild all the tine holders anyway so I thought I may be able to find a cheaper alternative to the expensive kubota ones. I would be looking at over 300 bucks just in tines which I just can't swing right now with a new baby.
It looks like ebay has some pretty cheap troy-bilt tiller tines but without holding them in my hand to see if I can make them work I am very leary to just buy them.

Take one off, and measure it every way possible. then count how many lefts and rights you have. then go to clean cut tiller tines site. I just got all tines for a G-50 befco for $168, including shipping...:D

If it's a Kubota FS850, Clean cutter has them, like $12 here's a link, you have to click on k and scroll down... http://cleancutter.com/cat_alpha_frame.htm

Tiller-blades.com ---- has a large selection of different tiller blades. They even have size and spacing between the holes listed for most blades. Even if the don't list your tiller you can find a close match from the specs provided.
