I recently purchased a D1105 to replace a blown up unit in an RTV I have. The only problem is that this one was from a Generator/Light plant. I am looking for information on how to adjust the fuel pump to get the new motor to rev similarly to the one that was in the RTV. The new motor is set up to idle at 1800 rpm, per the sticker, and I have read here that the RTVs are shooting for somewhere closer to 3000. Can anyone point me in the right direction? I am also doing research, but the info is scattered and confusing to me. Thanks for the help.
