Hi all,

this is my first time posting on the forum and am looking to see if anyone has any insight on this. I have a grey market L2202-m 2 wheel drive tractor that I modified and bolted a TYM X25 loader attachment too, I’m trying to tap into the tractor pump/manifold for a pressure line and a return for the loader. There were two hard lines I removed with banjo bolts that are no longer used in the manifold and I installed fittings and hoses. The ports are labeled “PF” which is where I pulled supply and “EF” where I installed a return line. I have flow but doesn’t seem to have pressure, I adjusted both screws in front of manifold but no change. Does anyone know if what I’m doing is possible? The lift on the 3 point works well. Thanks!

I am not sure what you have done or how but will try to tell you generally how to tap into the tractor pump hydraulic system.

There should be two lines connected to the hydraulic pump. The smaller one is the high pressure line that you want to tap into. In a basic way you can cut that line in two and create the supply point and the return point. The supply point would naturally be the one coming from the pump. The return point would be the line going to the rear of the tractor.

You do NOT use a Tee but two elbows one on each end.

This thread shows a block some older tractors have that can be changed to use for getting hydraulic pressure. In post #1 it shows how to change the flow path.

If you can post a picture of the “manifold” that may help us figure out how to help.

That sounds like a start. If you have flow you have pressure Tell us more about the "two screws" and the loader valve. Pictures of the connections help immensely.
