I have a Kubota BX2360 not sure of the year.

The following items don't glow plug light, glow plugs read 10 volts dc, tach/hour meter, temp gage, and dash lights

Any thoughts on where to start looking?

Fuse box would be the first place. If you find a blown fuse, there is a fault somewhere that has to be fixed. If it is an intermittent short to ground replacing the fuse by a 12V light bulb (50ish watts) can be a good way finding the fault.

Alternativly check the schematics and find out what the common denominator of all those circuits are.

1st get the wiring diagram ! Without that you can spend hours instead of the 3 minutes to solve the problem.
From the list, I'd say a bad ground between the dash and the battery (typically those are solid black wires )

Wiring diagram is in the WorkShop Manual( WSM). WWW.Kubotabooks.com probably has it..... \i see wt just posted it

check that ground (pin #1) actually is GROUND.....

Don't go to the fuse box or the wiring diagram as your FIRST move.

Measure the voltage at the battery terminals FIRST. The terminals, NOT the cable connections.

If you have 10 volts there, that's why you have 10 volts in other places. Don't go chasing ghosts.

If that's good, check for corrosion on the terminals.
