AC on SVL 95 skid steer

Our SVL 95 skid steer AC blower motor is working at all speeds, however, not getting a lot of air flow. Checked for blockages in tubes etc. Cleaned the filters. I pulled the resistor our of case and watched the blower motor turning but not feeling much air. Consequently, the cab is not getting real cool. Any suggestions on what may be going wrong?

Clean/ wash out the condenser coil, check the supply fan wheel for dirt.

The evaporator is plugged so little to no air can pass through it. You need to remove the plenum chamber assembly from behind the seat, disassemble it and clean the evaporator and heater core.
