i have an m9000DTC and have not been able to keep the a/c working. you have to remove the top to get at any of the heat-a/c stuff. i've had the top off of mine at least 6 or 8 times in the last couple of years. it's an an easy process. sit in the seat and look at the phillips head screws around the edge on all four sides of the headliner. these screws hold the headliner up and the top down. some are long screws and some are short screws. you only want to remove the long ones. i think there are two on the front, two on the back and three on each side. the way to tell the long screws from the short screws: back out the screw about one half inch and look at the shank of the screw just under the head, if it's slick it's a long one and take it out. if it's got thread, screw it back in and move to the next screw. go around the headliner and check them all. if you have all the long screws out the plastic top on the outside of the cab will lift off without any problem, the foam gasket under the top may stick to the top frame...don't damage it by pulling up on the top too quickly ease it up on one side then the other. when it's free pass it down to your helper, wife, BIL or whatever. the top is not heavy just awkward because of it's size.....pm me iff you neeed more info, i have a WSM for my '06 m9000.......al
