722 no start

Hello Everyone first time posting I have a 722 Kubota in the shop problem was no start checked basics and found injector pump frozen up slide on side stuck and #2 tube not moving replaced pump with a pump from a 600 according to Kubota supposed to be interchangeable. however trying to start and I'm getting fuel but black exhaust smoke. so changed the nozzles and used the nozzles out of the donor engine now I have white smoke and it tries to kick over but just wont any of you have any suggestions?

Little confused as a D600 injection pump does not cross over to a D722.
A D662 does cross over.
When you say you "changed nozzles" are you saying you swapped injectors?
And the injectors don't swap over either.
