The tractor has 20 hrs on it and I have had multiple occasions where the hydraulics are locking up (won’t move) this has happened for both the FEL and rear remotes. Fluid is full. If I shut the tractor down and restart they will start working properly. Any ideas? Obliviously I will call the dealer for a warranty issue but wanted to see if this was a common issue or not.

Check the hydraulic lockout next to your right knee. Ive bumped mine on occasion and didnt realize it till nothing worked.

Thanks. It definitely is not that. I can see the remote valves and loader valves jumping like they take a hit but no pressure to move them. 1st time it happened I just thought it was random but it has happened 5 or so times now

A few things that may or may not be your problem. Check all your worm clamps on your hoses, especially those on the coolant, and hydraulic cooler up front. Also, you need to give the tractor a few moments to warm up and circulate the hydraulic fluid when cold(under 40'). Every grand L I have owned needed a moment for the hydraulics to prime up when cold otherwise the hydraulics throbbed due to lack of flow.

Check your front axle fluid level too if you haven't done so. Keep the three point just off max height. There is a pressure release if it is at max. Good luck.
