3pt hitch won't move l245dt

I just finished rebuilding the engine on my l245dt and started driving it around for the first time with a box blade and I forgot to put one of the pins in that hold the box blade to the arm. The bo blade fell off the pin on one side and I lowered the arms to put the box blade back on. When I went to raise it up again there was no pressure. I removed the blade and I can lift the arms up by hand and it doesn't feel like there is any resistance. The FEL still works fine and raises fully but I haven't checked the fluid level yet.

Any ideas what could be the problem? It feels like the 3pt isn't getting any pressure but the loader works fine.

Update, the 3pt rises with full power when I hit the bucket tilt on the FEL, which hose do I have reversed?

Looks like I reversed the drain and the pressure to the loader. I moved a bunch of dirt out in the backyard and there doesn't seem to be any blowby or smoke. I was using a 6' box blade which might be a bit big for the tractor but it seems to be running very good.
