3pt hitch snowblower cross shaft bearing replacement

Hi, I have posted here before but had to re-register. I have an 05 agro-trend S 72 blower on my L3400 and I have to replace the cross shaft bearing/flangette. My question is do I have to remove the cross shaft or does the shaft split at the shear bolt and pull apart.

Are you working on the tractor or the snowblower? I'm not familiar with shear bolts on the 3 point hitch.

Snow Blower, it has a shear bolt in the area where the cross shaft meets the chain

just re read it, little misleading, sorry bout that. I'll fix it.

fixed, flange mounted on outside and bolted through side of blower.

Did you change the bearing? Just had same problem with mine and now I'm looking for bearing. Could you share the bearing part number?
