I would recommend a crawler loader or better yet a full sized excavator with steel tracks and hydraulic thumb for demolition.

A wheeled machine with foamed tires would be my fourth choice.

A SCUT wouldn't be on my radar

Would your tractor do it, I’d say yes. But as others have said, I would be concerned with tire punctures.
My neighbor had an old farm house, she is about a half mile away. The cities volunteer fire department burned it down at night. It was an awesome sight too see. That baby was gone in no time!!
