This is my first post here and need help. Purchased my 3300 a little over a year ago and love it. I have almost 100 hrs on it and until today it has preformed flawlessly. What ever switch is not closing to make the small black and white wire to the starter not energize has me baffled. I have tested the two switches under the seat and they operate fine. It looks as if there might be more switches involved in this circuit than just those under the seat? I can start the tractor by jumping from the big wire to the small one on the starter as long as I am sitting on the seat if I get up it will die. This has never been like this until now. I could get off the tractor and it would run fine. Where do I look next? I Don't have a wiring schematic as that would help a bunch. Thanks for any help.

Have you checked to see if your pto levers are in correct position? Have you moved your hst pedal to see if that is in the neutral position?
I have hit the pto lever with the seat as I swivel it around, and then my
B3200 will die.
Hope this helps, and good luck.:D

Above post is correct, my 3300su would not turn over either, I spun my seat around and hit the PTO lever to engaged "ON" and the tractor shut off and would not start. Took me some time to figure it out, now have a bungy cord holding it in the disengaged "OFF" position.

Does the 3300su have a clutch, like my B7100? I haven't looked to see... the clutch will have a switch, too.
One winter, my dad called and said his tractor wouldn't start. There was over 2' of snow on the ground, and his tractor was parked in the worst possible place- down behind his house, and the only way to get it out was to drive it down a fire road, to my house. It had run the day before, no problem. He had already sent a friend off to get a new battery for it, and it turned out that he had hit the pto lever. More often than not, especially on a low hour tractor, it isn't the battery- it is a safety switch.

Hodge, the 3300 does have a clutch, but had a problem with the Operator Presence Control (OPC) switch connected via linkage to the to the Speed Control (SCP) Pedal being stuck after leaving in out in the rain. The tractor will not start if this switch is not depressed neutral position. I sprayed the switch piston with WD40 and operated the SCP pedal several times and it started right up. The OPC is suppose to stop the tractor engine, moving or not if the operator gets out of the seat. This switch is hard to see, get under the tractor right side and just forward of the hydraulic filter. I assume your tractor has this safety feature also.
