2360 fuel delivery

Recently replaced filter at pickup pump, I replaced the small clear filter before pickup pump with a WIX base and spin on fuel filter under tractor frame, so it is below the fuel tank, primed the system so the new injector pump filter was full of fuel. Mowed 2.5 acre running engine @ 3k rpm. On the last trip up my hill engine started sputtering, so I pulled into garage and seen that the front oem clear plastic filter was empty. checked pump this morning and had pressure.

Can somebody give me some help here

went back to oem system, still running out of fuel, going to replace pickup pump.

i have the same problem.did replacing the lift pump cure your problem? i took the fuel line off the filter up front and all i get is a trickel of fuel.the pump puts out 4pounds of pressure but no volume.put new filter before pump also.

the electric fuel pump on BX tractors hardly ever fails! Be sure you don't have contamination in your fuel tank obstructing the fuel outlet to the pump. The huge fuel cap on the BX is handy, but it sure does allow more opportunity for junk to get into the tank! Remove the hose to the electric pump and observe the flow from it, it should flow full size of the hose without dropping off.

replaced fuel pump,that fixed that problem. before i put the pump in i blew out the line back to the tank.this is ware i turned in to a dumb ass and forgot to take the fuel cap off.i also found fuel cap clogged.i could never figure out why the cap is on so tight!! all fixed
