2013 B26 pricing

Looking for some advise. I found a 2013 b26 it is off of a rental fleet. It has 1300hrs on it. It is plumbed for a hydraulic thumb on the hoe and 3rd valve function up front at the bucket. Front tires probably need replacement within a year. Rears look good. From the pics it has a couple scrapes on the hood. The out the door deal is $20,300. It is quite a distance from me so I wouldn't be able to get eyes on it so I am looking for advise on whether it's in the ballpark price wise?

Seems like a good deal. I picked up a mint 2007 last year with 350 hours for 23500$

I like it a lot. The machine is a beast. I dug up a bunch of stumps. Pound for pound, your going to have a hard time finding a stronger machine. I got the thumb for it which is a great addition.
