Said I wouldn't comment any more but I do have this to say. I wish Kubota used a reverse flow cooling fan like JD uses on the ag tractors You can reverse the flow from in the cab and blow out the crap with the cooling fan. A couple times a day does the trick.
That would be very nice! I've sent him all of your suggestions.

Picture is a good example of mowing debris.

What won't blow through or wash through and is stuck in the fins. One suggestion is to soak the radiator in a flat tub filled with water and Dawn. Use a hose to periodically wash out the loosened debris. It takes a while. Really stubborn stuff use a flat brazing rod which fits between the fins without destroying them.

Interested in seeing air conditioner coils when you get to them.

Take a pressure washer and clean the radiator (after removing the screens).

I take the roof off my cab every year and blow out the AC plus I added layer of Reflectix foil-bubble-foil under the roof and over the ac unit.

Mine will freeze you out and the temp gauge never gets over halfway up. If the water pump was shot, it would be leaking out the front weep hole.

I clean mine every day when I'm running hay and I mean every day.
I pulled the roof today, but there is nothing to do with the AC up there. It's under the seat. I'm going to add some foam like goes under siding to insulate the roof.

Mine are earlier models so my AC is under the roof as well as the heater. I'd add Reflectix to the inside of the roof to reflect the heat. You can get a roll at Lowes or Home Depot and it's cheap. Use some 3M contact adhesive to stick it to the roof. That orange roof really sucks up the heat.

That radiator was amazingly clogged. You are lucky it didn't fail. I new one is around 500 bucks.

Bet she works good now. You need to stay after the radiator. I clean mine daily when running hay, especially when bailing. I tend to blow it out with compressed air and use my pressure washer with a wide fan tip weekly.

Thank you for all your help! I was actually going to put some R13 house insulation above the headliner. Where the city has trees in the medians he knocked a big hole in that brittle orange roof. I'm using this opportunity to fix it with more than the tape he had been using.

The radiator is soaking in a tub, with occasional rinses. Will probably put it back together tomorrow if it doesnt rain.

Was it hard to remove? Never put a hole in mine (yet) but it is pretty thin and expensive to replace too. I broke the door glass in the driver's side a few years ago and it cost me 890 bucks at the dealer for a new glass. Of course I have a thousand dollar deductible on the farm policy so I ate it.

R13 would work too. You have the room, I don't. All my climate control stuff is up there.

Let us know how it runs with a clean radiator.

A handful of 10mm bolts, slid the fan shroud back, and took it out the left side. Wasn't hard at all. I wanted to flush the block, but we have no water or power where we park everything, makes it a PITA.
