I have a 2001 Kubota B7500D that has 300 hours with the 1.0L diesel. When shifting out of neutral (1,2,3,R) all of the gears do it. It grinds very bad. Like if you dont jam it into gear you cant even get it into gear. It wouldnt start one day and realized the clutch saftey switch wasnt getting pushed in so i thought maybe the fix would be to just adjust it per the book. This fixed my safety switch problem and helped the grinding a little bit but still does. Once its in gear everything works like it should. Does anyone have any input on where i can start to figure out what the problem is? Also, this is a new unit to me. Ive ran it about 5 times since ive owned it for a total of about an hour.

Did you adjust the clutch pedal linkage per the WSM (aka the service manual)?

One thing that can happen if you have very little use on the tractor is the flywheel and the pressure plate can get rust on the surfaces that will make the clutch disk stick.
Take it out, put it in low range, put the throttle on high, and slip the clutch a few times and see what it does for you.
