I'm looking at a 12 volt DC sprayer either three point or trailer pull. Where would be a good place on a L 5240 with cab to get 12 volts DC at the rear of the Tractor? I would like to find leads that have an inline switch. I do have some leads hanging where a rear windshield wiper could be installed.

Where ever you get your power from, first make sure it is fused, if on the original wiring, find out the amp rating on the fuse, look at your sprayer and see how many amps it is going to draw and then get a switch to match if it does not have one. If you use the windshield wiper switch - that would be the ticket !!!:D:D
Just would not be spraying on the glass, but rather on the grass!;);)

I bought one of those 12V sprayers from Northern Tools. Very handy for larger jobs. Mine came with alligator clips and a switch. Does your tractor have a cigarette lighter? That would be an easy thing to connect to.
