To all over the course of a few days both the loader and 3 point both lost lifting ability, where can I find the pressure relief valving?

It's not the pressure relief valve causing the issue.
It either has a suction issue or a pump issue, or on a long shot it could have the three point feedback set in the wrong position.
Check fluid level and quality first.
