i am pretty sure the steering box on my G1800 needs an overhaul.It looks pretty daunting to get to it The steering has been pretty loose for a few years and finally something bigger happened like a collapsed bearing perhaps What needs to come out to get to it?

should i pull out the radiator to undo the 3 bolts on the shaft or battle away with the limited space with a spanner

Seal was replaced along with bearing and shaft.. no o rings

I have a leak that is coming from the steering box above the hoses About a year ago i replaced the shaft joint part 35080- 40170 because the column was popping out occasionally .I also replaced some orings i think .The leak isnt terrible but needs addressing Any ideas?

I am in the middle of pulling out the pto wire and having a problem. I cant get it through the bracket on the lever end. Any one done this?

All done Rack was stuck and a bugger to remove

We Took off the banjo fitting under the seat didnt measure the pressure but came out pretty strong
