What would interrupt the ground at the pto clutch? Is there a relay I should be looking at, if so, where are the relays?

While I was mowing last week, the blades suddenly stopped working and now I cannot get them to engage. I have tested the PTO switch and check wiring to the PTO clutch. I have found that the pto clutch connector ground wire is not showing ground. I ran a jumper from the pto clutch ground...
