Ok I finally found problem. I jump starter and it spun so I moved back to neutral safety switch. It is making contact with plunger just not enough , I put a small rock in between plunger and bracket that makes contact fires right up. so how do I fix something that already has pre drilled holes...

I ohmed out the switch it was good

I did use a fully charged jump pack with no difference

What was final fix?

Tried using travtor today dash lights up but when turn key fully I get nothing like totally dead. battery seems good 12.4v about same at starter switches ohmed good any idea??
