    B7000HST "new version" Locking diff

Re: B7100HST "new version" Locking diff Sorry my typo It's a B7100-HST So the part I am looking for is the entire differential case? Was hoping to get by far less expensive and a less complex repair Guess the locking diff function will continue to be non-functional North Idaho Very close...

    B7100HST Front Drive Shaft Boot/Pipe

I believe you are correct the FEL is almost certain to have helped this mess along. I had been carrying hundreds of buckets of rocks up a 4wd trail in the back yard over several years. I did notice the way the frame assembly came from the factory, kind of cheaply built by bending the edges over...

    B7100HST Front Drive Shaft Boot/Pipe

Sorry to say mine turned out a whole lot worse than the simple front shaft seal. As you can see the frame assembly that is bolted to the block broke in half thus the front axle was hanging in the wind. Ended up welding it back together and replacing parts all is good now.

Thanks - beemer530 Yes I missed it because it was referencing a different model Mine was similiar and the 8 bolts on either side with a transmission jack support under the oil pan worked just fine. That front axle assembly sure does weight a lot, I tried to lift it out of the way and gave up...

    How to winterize a b7100d

Sounds like a nice project - you will grow to love the little machine Do you have access to a heated barn or shed? That would be the best thing, even a neighbor with a proper shed The radiator drain pet cock will not drain the block properly - might want to remove the hoses drain what you...

    B7100HST Front Drive Shaft Boot/Pipe

    B7100HST Front Drive Shaft Boot/Pipe

That drive shaft housing looks very similiar to my B7100 I see you replaced the stock hose clamp with a standard screw driven one - right there at that exact location is where mine broke again after only 6 months of service. The metal tube actually broke in half at that location the rubber...
