    D905/ generator safety shutdown questions

Yea I ordered one of thoses metric adapter kits on eBay and I know for sure the 1/8 bpt will work and I am hoping that one of other adapters will be the same as my temp sensor. My temp sensor is located on the thermostat housing so it should not be a real big deal to locate a crossover if I can...

    D905/ generator safety shutdown questions

Update, murphy gauges are a no got because they only come in 14 mm or 1/2 NPT on the temp sensor and crossing over would make temp probe stick out of the flow of the radiator fluid, still trying to get the type of thread on that anyway though. I think the oil is a 1/8 bspt though.

    Dynamo /Alternator Bearing replacement

Funny you should ask, I have one that did the same thing about a week ago on my generator ( kubota d 850engine) and change bearings on it for thirty bucks. I just pulled it apart and brought it to local industrial supply store which matched the bearings. Not a big deal. If it is built like mine...

    Front end camber??

I noticed the same thing with my l 3940 since it was new, it bothers me as well but there isn't any thing I can do about it due to no adjustment. I have R1's as well and I think since they are "skinnier" that R4's it is more noticeable.

Adding 2 cycle engine oil to diesel

After altering my boat I now have about a gallon or so of 2 cycle oil left over that I don'T plan on using. I have 300 gallons of bulk no 2 diesel and was wondering if it was a good idea to add the oil to the tank and if so how much? I do have some additive in the tank already, so just curious...

    Tiller advantages/Size

oh forgot to mention my tractor is gear not Hydro but I believe a Hydro is better for tilling since you can raise up throttle on the machine and still control ground speed with HST pedal.

I have a L3940 which is one size smaller than yours and I to was concerned which tiller to buy so I borrowed my father-in-laws 72" King Kutter tiller and it worked fine. Down here in Louisiana we are in a sever drought so needless to say my clay soil was really hard and my tractor handled it...
