I used these "forks" as soon as I got them. I moved the pallets and some loose steel around my property with no problems. In-fact I was pushing the limit of what the tractor would lift a few times.

Thanks Bulldog for the info on the flow rate. I am guessing that a control valve that is rated up to 10 GPM will not reduce the efficiency or power?

I would like to replace the control valve for the loader on my L260. I have no idea what the belt driven pump flow rate is. Will it matter if the control valve is rated for a high flow rate? Any ideas on what the flow rate may be for a loader on this size tractor? Thanks

Thanks guys. I am wondering if the chain or direct drive will cause an issue with the diesel when the pump starts to be overworked and bog down. Right now the deisiel will bog a little but then the belts start to slip so it doesn't seem to hard on the engine. would this be worse if it is...

Well, I sent the tractor out for some repairs and asked them to tap the hydraulics of the tractor for me to run the loader. The response was that the resevior of the tractor is not large enough to run the hydraulics. Anybody have any thoughts on that?

Thanks 150baker for the info. I am having the machine picked up tomorrow to have the dealer look at it and if necessary split the tractor and replace the clutch. I will post what the problem and outcome is once I get the tractor back.

Well i tried hooking it up but with both the connecting rod and the arm in the disengaged position the distance between them was more like an 1" and there was no way to connect them. Any body know how much will cost to have the tractor split and the clutch re-built? I will have it all done...

Thanks eserv, I will give that a try. The only thing that has me confused is that the connecting arm out of the main tractor case will not move in either direction so not sure it will move once I connect the pedal unless there are some other adjustments that need to be made.
