You will probably have better luck on Craigslist, Marketplace, or offer up. Check with the guys who advertise that they'll come pick up dead riding mowers for free or stand alone repair shops {mom/pop style} as a lot of them have dead riders too.

Guess I spoke too soon as the original problem has returned. I took out the new kubota NGK plug I just put in, and was working fine, and it seems to be fouled.

Hardwoods {oak, maple, beech, birch, etc..} need to season 2 full years to cure properly. This keeps the creosote production during burning down. Softwoods need to season 1 full year. Also, de-bark your firewood. It produces no heat but does produce creosote

Unbelievably I found a complete GCK40TA kit in basically brand new shape for $100 locally. Saw an ad on marketplace on FB for 1 one those guys that remove old dead riding mowers. Contacted him and asked if he had any Kubota baggers and wallah !

So, at least for now apparently, the issue seems to have resolved itself as it started and ran again last night. Thanks again to the members who offered advice/tips. Regards, Jon

So here's a little update: I apparently wasn't getting a good seal when putting the spark plug boot on when the plug was installed. I had gone to the dealership to ensure I got the correct plug yesterday, put it in, and changed the fuel filter. Wasn't real confident that anything was going to...

Took the plug out and reconnected it to the boot and checked for spark. Definitely got good spark. Now I’m wondering if there’s a fuel issue....sooo frustrating! Going to get a new fuel filter and see if that does anything....

Nothing on the engine has been apart in the 2 years or so I've had it. Doesn't act like it's flooding out + no strong gas smell & plug is dry

I believe a bagger from most of the older T series would work...T1400, T1460, ETC.. OR Does anyone know if an off brand bagger system works on these older Kubotas ???

You might start calling around to small engine repair places, places that do a lot of riding mowers and have a lot of junk mowers laying around. A lot of the small guy mom n pop places keep a lot of junked riders around for parts just like what you're looking for.

My T-1560 has developed an issue. I had replaced the plug this spring and it started up like normal and worked fine. I shut it off after mowing and then an hour or so later went to fire it up and no start. I ended up changing the plug again and boom, fired right up. This has happened several...
