    Advertisment inundation

I can barely navigate this site due to the recent huge increase in advertisements popping all over the screen. If this continues I will delete my account contents and leave. I am not expecting any sympathy. This is nuts.

    First Time Buyer MX4700

You might consider yourself getting a bargain buying a 2 wheel drive geared Kubota but remember that if you decide to sell it or trade it in few will want it. If your property has hills the 4 wheel drive if engaged provides a lot more control when going downhill and from my perspective is a...

    Making "Lemons into Lemonade"...............

Very nice job. Not bragging but I just finished replacing a $21 Delta shower mixing valve purchased off of Amazon less than 24 hours ago. It had been leaking for a month (according to the wife). I feel like a made man at the moment.

    Recommended brush hog for L3010?

I have the County line model and it works great. I have been using it for maybe 10 years with zero maintenance and no problems. About 15 hours per year in usage. I have broken many a shear bolt especially during the earlier learning curve period. I pull mine with an old orange 40 horsepower...

    Looking to trade . . . down

I also dislike taking my MMM deck on and off. If you decide to go that route you might consider purchasing a Deck Dolly. The deck on my B2601 is fairly cumbersome and the deck dolly makes the maintenance and/or its storage safer and easier. Good luck.

Pinhole leak in metal hydraulic line

I had a similar issue not long ago. I looked up the part on Messicks website called them the next day and had the part in my hand maybe the day after. Super fast. I think the part was about $100 and the shipping was $70ish . I called and complained about the shipping cost and they reduced it a...

    FEL Addition

I am not sure about the hydraulic lines but buying the loader may also require your needing the "on board" tractor components. Steel mountings and so forth. You can look all needed parts up on the Messicks website . Good luck.

    L3560 pricing question

Take your time while learning to use it. On hills make sure the 4wd is engaged especially when going downhill as it greatly increases your stopping power. I too am in SW Pa and have had several scary moments when I failed to take this precaution. Wear the seatbelt and keep the ROPs up as many...

    L3560 pricing question

The cheap and easy Kubota financing , the presence of a warranty and often free delivery sells a lot of new tractors. I personally bought new when I could not find a fairly priced used unit a few years ago. What you are describing represents substantial savings. 400 hours is very little on a...
