    Homestead Implements

I really wanted a grapple for the 23S but am glad I didn't spring for it. I have the quick adapter from AIS(?) and the bolt on teeth for the bucket. My loader struggles on lifting with a load of mulch/dirt. I'm not so sure the grapple will be able to work with a full load on it also. The...

    BX23s Axle seal leak

I was working tractor both backhoe and loader and then started smelling oil. At first I couldn't see anything leaking(thought it was fuel) then as I'm looking around the fuel tank, I see more oil on the ground. Right rear wheel was coated and so was tire. This is a 2017 model(the newer...

What to do after clearing brush?

I got one form Titan for 200$ and it did a nice job. Had to make bushings (son did on his 3d printer) for the 3pt hitch attachment but it did a nice job leveling and unearthing deep stuff.

BX23S backhoe noise - hydraulic or mechanical

I bought a lock on coupler for my air powered grease gun. No more fighting the grease going in. Worked great as u only need one hand now and even a stubborn fitting will have to take the grease.

What loose bolt is this on my L175 valve cover?

Probably got "loose" because the rubber grommets dried out. The bolts will only go soo tight because of them being shoulder bolts I think.

Z121S Mows Fine for 30 minutes then Loses Power

Engine is overheating but on that fine line. Is fan running or any debris on flywheel or broken fins? Thats my theory anyway-or fuel filter is dirty and can't suck enough for loaded power.

New kubota l2501 delivered with milky transmission fluid

The white ball is your fluid level indicator as the fluid could be hard to see. We had them on our city buses for the AC refridegerent sight glass so you could see level.

    Mower wheel stud froze

Installed new sod so I wanted to lower wheels so deck wouldn't cut too much. Three wheels dropped right down with a tap on the stud. Fourth wheel took a little more persuasion and moved about a half inch. I still need another half inch to go to make it the same as the other three. I think I...

    FEL lockout won't lock

I know it was working when I got the tractor 6 months ago. Garage kept since I've gotten it a 100 hrs ago. Lockout lever doesn't lockout joystick for FEL. It won't move no matter how I fiddle with joystick. Any suggestions or don't worry about it? I'm the only one that uses this Tractor at...

    One year in with BX23s

6 months on my BX which was 2 yrs old when purchased last December. I agree, backhoe is very useful and FEL is under rated but it fits my area and ease of disconnecting is nice. I have almost 100 hrs on it in 6 months. I give it a 9 out of 10.
