    Kubota L2501 - initial review

Naw, I was hitting the key with my knee. I was turned looking over my left shoulder, holding the rops with my left hand. I had to keep my right foot in place for reverse and just swung my knee into it. First time I didnt know what the hell happened  but it started right up. Second...

    Kubota L2501 - initial review

I'm 6' and I find the seating position tight. When I turn around to back up, mow in reverse, blade, etc., my left knee often times hits the light switch and I've had 3 occasions where I have brushed the ignition key and cut the engine. I look like I should have fitovers on mowing with the...

What did you do to or on your Kubota today?

Yep - #1 thing is take off the weight and drag of the cutter. #2 is keep the 4 wheeler in walking distance to help move the mower outta the way and to get a little more bite on the rear and back it out. Front is just going to plow deeper.

Is my tie rod supposed to be bent? L2501

I'm going to try to attach a pic. Wish me well. I just noticed that the left side tie rod is not a straight bar. Is this by design or is mine bent? Can someone with a 2501 look at theirs and see if it has a dogleg? Thanks.

    3 pt. quick hitch decisions

Hi all. There are wide price differences in quick hitch options. I know there is consideration for the implements not being 100% in spec and the need for tactile adjustments. But prices go from $100 - $500. Is there really $300 value difference between Harbor Freight vs. Titan (for example)...

    Show me your Refueling Setup

I just got 2 of these, one for gas and one for diesel. I'm smalltime, so I dont need a big tank. The part I like is no tipping needed. https://www.surecanusa.com/ For folks who buy fuel (gas or diesel) for off road use, most states have fuel tax refund programs. Here is NC & VA's. Google...

    Where does your tractor sleep?

regarding Stall mats: wasnt there a big scare about recycled rubber and cancer at kids sports complexes? The were using pelletized recycled rubber layed into the artificial turf for pro stadiums, college stadiums and schools. It's the same recycled rubber, right?

    Renting a trailer for a L2501

I'd be towing >50 miles each way. Hiring a rollback would be sweet, but $300 per trip aint gonna cut it. Calling a couple of Herc/Sun Belt shops sounds like my best move.

1.6 miles to gas station - drive it there?

Cool idea with the pump. For me, the closest gas station is 9 miles. I use a marine dock tank for the mowers and fill it twice a season. https://www.homedepot.com/b/Outdoors-Outdoor-Power-Equipment-Replacement-Engines-Parts/Gas-and-Go/N-5yc1vZbxc9Zhjl Edit to ad: Yea, I can paste links...
