Don't feel bad, a while back I filled my BX with almost 2 gallons, when I mistakenly thought I had picked up a 1 gallon container but instead had grabbed a 2 1/2 gallon container. Had to drain over a gallon out to get it back to the correct level. Another senior moment, I guess.

DaVinci is the make of the robotic machine used for the surgery. It's made by Intuitive Surgical, I made a bit of money off their stock years ago when they went public. A local hospital had one of the first DaVinci machines in the area.

Does a BX2350 have one or two fuel filters? My BX2230 has one between the tank and the electric fuel pump, and another just before the injection pump.
